Jonathan Ramaci’s career is defined by taking calculated risks that have produced significant results. With an entrepreneurial vision combined with a solid history of leading operations and driving scalable growth, he has a background of initiating change and championing cultures of excellence.  His pioneering leadership and acute guidance have forwarded companies through all phases of their growth. Jonathan is a serial entrepreneur who has founded seven companies, grown them to scale and seen them through to multi-million dollar acquisitions.

Upon graduating from The Citadel (the Military College of South Carolina), Mr. Ramaci was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Army. After finishing his military service, Mr. Ramaci began a very successful career with Oracle where he led the technology consulting practice for a large segment of the United States.

Jonathan founded the first Oracle MSP which experienced strong US and International growth. The company was later acquired by Rackspace and serves as the core of Rackspace’s MSP offering.

Mr. Ramaci founded and was CEO of iCache where he pioneered and patented the biometric hardware and software applications now seen in TouchID used by Apple. During his time with iCache, Mr. Ramaci was featured on the London Stock Exchange and was awarded the LSE’s Innovator of the Year Award.

Following his role with iCache, Mr. Ramaci was a member of the founding team of LoopPay, a Boston FinTech startup devoted to payment technology innovation. As the Chief Product and Design Officer, he was instrumental in raising the company’s initial $10M of equity funding. Jonathan was instrumental in positioning the company for its acquisition by Samsung in two years for $240M. This product is now embedded in every Samsung phone as Samsung Pay.

Mr. Ramaci founded Elements of Genius, where he strategizes with Fortune 500 clients to unlock their innovation potential.  He has executive level relationships with Apple, Samsung, Oracle, Amazon, AT&T and many others in the areas of innovation and commercialization of new product development. He has successfully scaled businesses from zero to $250M and as a trusted advisor to management, Jonathan works with executives to position products and businesses for high-growth and value creation.

Mr. Ramaci’s is currently the Managing General Partner of Great Product, Inc. Great Product’s mission is to identify, nurture and grow Italian companies by supplying them with US Venture Capital and commercialization of their products and services in the US market.

Jonathan holds multiple patents and is an extensively published thought leader. Committed to developing talent, he regularly mentors university students and entrepreneurs in the areas of innovation, commercialization and entrepreneurship. He has worked internationally between the United States and Italy for many years. Mr. Ramaci lives in Charleston, South Carolina and holds degrees and certifications from The Citadel and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
